Mission

Webb Innovation Center for Dyslexia, Inc. seeks to create a paradigm shift in the thinking and behavior of parents, teachers and significant others interacting with children with school difficulty, primarily dyslexics.  Additionally, our mission includes continuing Dr. Webb’s legacy of celebrating each person’s unique gifts, and teaching them to embrace and honor their individual talents.

Method

Social media and podcasting are the current methods we are using to cultivate a paradigm shift in the collective understanding of dyslexia. We believe we have a unique opportunity to use these multi-generational forms of communication to share stories that can change individuals' impressions of those who learn differently. We are sharing this message through Instagram (@dyslexicswanted) and our very own podcast "Dyslexics Wanted".
